When I try to make a post on my phpBB forum I am blocked with a message saying my ip is blocked by spamhaus. When I click the more info link I see it is linked through cloudflare and it shows my ip is ok. On the forum the shown blocked ip is not even my ip. Only the first 3 numbers match my ip
172.71.150.125 is a Cloudflare IP address.
Sounds to me like you need to restore original visitor IPs:
In addition, I can add that the quoted IP address is not (currently) listed on any of the Spamhaus lists.
The last part could be due to a poorly implemented Spamhaus check and/or a misconfigured server:
