IP access rules seems broken?

Until recently, IP access rules worked for me as intended. I wanted to add another IP to the allow list but even after entering it in the respective field and then changing BLOCK to ALLOW, the field clears immediately and only leaves me the dropdown options for the country lists. Regardless of what I tried, I always get the same “reset”. Anybody else having that issue? I am on FF. This used to work just fine a few weeks ago when I last used it.

Enter the IP address and then select it from the dropdown box appearing beneath the text field.
