I am new to Cloudflare and testing out the " IP Access Rules". I entered in my home IP address as a test, however after minutes of it being active, I can still go to the website. Am I missing something>
May I ask if you’ve set the local IP address or your router IP address?

Furthermore, what option have you got selected from the dropdown menu for “action”? Should be block if you’d like to block yourself (requests/access) to your Website.

Yes I went to that website and used the “IPv4” IP address, then under “action” I selected BLOCK.
May I ask if you’ve tried refreshing the web page multiple times, or tried clearing the web cache, or at least tried using a different Web browser (or a Private Window/Incognito mode) to test?
I tested, it’s working fine from my end.
I tried IP6 and that worked, I wonder why the IP4 version isnt being blocked.
Because you were connecting via IPv6 not 4?
