Some users of the site complain that it is inaccessible without a VPN. A check shows that IP 188.114.96.3 is being used.
After checking this IP address in spam lists, found that IP 188.114.96.3 for my domain with Cloudflare is blocklisted by Spamhaus.
Can you replace the IP address or remove IP 188.114.96.3 from the Spamhaus blocklist?
No and there is no reason to. That IP does not send email. The intended use of the SBL is to evaluate the connecting IP used by a sending MTA. Anyone using the SBL for purposes other than blocking email connections is misusing the list and does so at their own risk.
It is more likely that the connection issues are unrelated to the SBL listing and instead stem from a court order issued by a technologically challenged court in your affected visitors’ jurisdiction.
