iOS Mail not Working after Setting up Cloudflare

Hello again,

I use my server for e-mail, but after I set up Cloudflare, the iOS mail client has stopped being able to connect to my mail server. Webmail works just fine though.

Check your DNS records, make sure that your mail server record is :grey:, you cannot use :orange: proxied records for mail.

I do not have an option to change the proxy status, because instead of the cloud icon it just says “DNS Only”.

That’s good, as mail servers are supposed to be DNS-Only. Just make sure that your iOS app is configured to connect to that mail server hostname, not your website hostname.

If you need more assistance, please post the complete actual hostname of your email server hostname.
