IOS: Enrollment Request Is Invalid

Hello,

I am trying to explore and configure Cloudflare. I have configured my team name. Downloaded and installted Cloudflare One agent on the IPHONE 12.

Trying to connect with my account after entering the teams name, but I am receiving the error Enrollment request is invalid.

What can be the cause?

If you are using email login, can you check if your email client/service has URL filtering? That seems to have been the cause in another case. Turning that off/modifying URL rewrite settings is one option, but you could also try SSO login.
