i bought Cloudflare on my ionos server want the API key…they said managed account not able to provide…any hints?

Can you please be a bit more clear on what your question is?
I have IONOS as well and integrated it to Cloudflare as my Reverse Proxy CDN.
If that’s what you’re asking, on the Cloudflare dashboard, I clicked “Add site” and followed the steps it asked and then it started working immediately. Afterwards I just customized it with proper HTTP caching and page rules…etc.
