IONOS/1&1 ( cloudflare partner ) API

Hi there,

I just singed up at ionos and bough a CND package there which seems to be providet by Cloudflare ( 1&1 also listed as Partner ) and i wanted to know how i can get an api key or a Hostname in order to use worldpress w3 total cache plugin properly.

Any idears?
