What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I opened a ticket last month about the issues with invoicing but I have not gotten any response in almost a month.

I have been trying to upgrade to the pro plan after being downgraded, but I can’t do so.

Can’t upgrade to pro plan plus invoice payment issue

Please help me solve this issue as soon as possible because it’s affecting my website and funds in my bank account.

My payment methods are working.

I had to pay for several months of pro plan invoices since Feb/March over $125, hence I was being billed despite not having pro for months. In hope that I can get pro plan to get a response to the ticket I paid off the invoices, I paid via PayPal and also bank.

Hope to get a quick response because I been using the paid service for years and normally get help while I was on pro plan. I did not notice I was on free plan until last month.

I also called several times and my information was taken multiple times by a rep but no follow-up.

I think problems are related to the reported issues below:

Hoping to Get a human response, I paid off all invoices that were sent despite my account being on a free-plan.

Now I am finally back on pro-plan, which I have used for years, glad for that. But I need an urgent response regarding the invoicing issue and refund.

Please look into my case (01293326) .

I have been contacting support for over a month now! no response!

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I paid off all invoices.

My first ticket is yet to be responded to, totally ignored.

My new ticket was responded to with a ‘LEADING QUESTION’ about opening a ticket from February when I did not notice the issue in February.

The person also said Cloudflare was not at fault when I detailed the issue, highlighting that my plan was free while getting billed for months. Cloudflare also has a notice about their issues with invoicing and payment here: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

I only got a reply because I am now on a pro plan which I had to payoff all the invoices to get back on.

Also the delay seems to be a tactic to draw out the process so payment dates get old.

Clearly unethical work is being done here!
