I have pinged the billing team so someone can take a look at your issue.

since I paid with invoice IN-13043460 on October 22, 2024 to upgrade the plan to Pro, but until now there has been no change, it is still a free plan

I would like to request an immediate upgrade of my subscription to the Pro Plan. If this is not possible, I would like to request a full refund for the payment I made on October 22, 2024, with invoice number IN-13043460.

Please address my request as soon as possible.
