Is this an issue with all the members you invited or just one? If one, what is the first character of their email/account ID?

It’s definitely happening to all members that I’ve tried inviting. The only way I’ve gotten it to work was granting the user Super Administrative priviliges and I just feel like there should be a way to grant the user access without giving them access to all things.

One user’s email address / account ID starts with a D and the other starts with an H.

Thank you for the information, that is the expected behaviour.

I suspect you are seeing a similar error and not able to view, yes?

Please try again by creating another the token, copy that token and share the token with the other users via a secure sharing method like keeper for them to use the token.

When you create the token, you’ll end on this screen,

After creating you’ll see the token and prompt to copy. Copy that and share via keeper or similar securing system

After creating that token, you can edit the name or roll it to create a new one
