As the error says, the problem is with the SSL certificate on your origin server. Make sure it covers subdomains as well as your apex domain, either directly (example.com and www.example.com or by wildcard (example.com and *.example.com).
Alternatively you can redirect www to the apex domain on Cloudflare as here…
