was asked to move to full security. i disabled ssl completely on all domains still i get this error. in short this setting does nothing

cant access w.ckr.social
all certificated are good.
What error message or number are you receiving?
error 526
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- disabled ssl completely
- re added dns records
- reinstalled origin server
- identical domain s.ckr.social (everything is same. from hosting provider to site to settings and this works ok)
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
its a new site so not applicable but exact similar website s.ckr.social is working fine
What are the steps to reproduce the error:
- visit w.ckr.social
- get 526 ssl error
Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
