Invalid nameservers on a domain purchased through cloudflare registrar. It says it will be auto configured by cloudflare but the nameservers are not updating. The website is unreachable. I have submitted a ticket for resolution but received no response. Ticket #01394206

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Read through documentation to where it states. “Cloudflare automatically assigns nameservers to a domain and these assignments cannot be changed. For more details, refer to Nameserver assignments.”
Submitted a ticket (Ticket #01394206) to no response. Now I am relegated to the community boards because of this being a ‘free tier’ subscription. Hoping for any kind of timely resolution.

Are you in the account where the domain is registered? Check that you can find your domain here…

If so, you’ll need to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket to ask for the nameservers to be fixed for you.
