You have a DNSSEC issue…

You need to either disable DNSSEC at your registrar, or enable it at Cloudflare and copy the DS records to your registrar from your dashboard here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/settings

Thanks - after going through support on GoDaddy’s side and concluding that DNSSEC wasn’t enabled, I’ve enabled in on Cloudflare’s side and copied the DS records across as instructed… Lo an behold that when clicking save on GoDaddy, a couple of phantom DS records appeared.

Deleted those, confirmed the Cloudflare DS record, hit submit and all is now resolved.

Thanks again!

I should add that these domains were old Google Domains hosted, so have hopped from Google Domains → Squarespace → GoDaddy… no surprise that something has been maligned along the way.
