Invalid nameservers error

What is the name of the domain?

dahubby.com

What is the error number?

invalid nameservers

What is the error message?

invalid nameservers

What is the issue you’re encountering

I currently have three domains registered directly with Cloudflare. All three are showing an error message indicating that the nameservers are invalid or incorrectly configured. This is confusing because these domains are using the default nameservers assigned by Cloudflare, and I haven’t made any modifications or pointed them to external nameservers. As far as I can tell, everything is set up properly, yet the warning remains visible.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Nameservers

The domain doesn’t seem to be registered…

What are the other domains?

Im sorry the correct domain is dahub-by.com
Thanks for the quick response.

There are 2 sets of Cloudflare nameserver resolving for your domain and it is active on Cloudflare, likely meaning it has been added to 2 accounts…

If you are being asked to change them then most likely you are not logged into the account where the domain registration was done and the domain is active. Check in your dashboard to see if you can see them under “Manage Domains” here…

If not, you are in the wrong account. Check the email from the Cloudflare when the domain was registered to see where that was sent. You may have bought the domains using an iCloud or Google login if you have forgotten.

I can’t see them under the “manage domains” section, but i do have them on the account home, the 3 of them.

Then you are in the wrong Cloudflare account and have added them to another one. You need to log in to the account where you registered the domains.

Yes. That seems to be the problem. But I don’t know why I’m being emailed here when the original account has a different registered email address.

Because in the account you are currently in someone mistakenly added those domains to be managed and they aren’t properly configured.

Thank you all so much.
