Cannot find where to update nameservers. I can’t go to an external DNS provider because I don’t have one!

Read documentation, read community posts, waited a few days and tried various times to find where they can be changed.

I have bought a new domain on Cloudflare to use for email on iCloud. On the DNS area I deleted the old records and added the records provided by apple exactly with copy-paste.
However my domain shows the invalid nameservers error.
The instructions from Cloudflare are essentially find your old nameservers soon your DNS provider / registrar and change them to the new assigned ones in the screenshot.
But my DNS provider is Cloudflare as that is where I bought the domain. And I cannot find anywhere in my dashboard where I can change my nameservers on Cloudflare.
I’d be grateful for any help!
