I should add that I did it and waited a week. When nothing happened, I deleted it from Cloudflare and stated again. Still no change.
I did two domains from Squarespace and they completed almost immediately.
How long can I expect this to take?
You need to disable DNSSEC at GoDaddy.

Yes I’ve done that. I contacted godaddy to confirm.
DNSSEC is still enabled for the domain at this time.

Okay thanks. I’ll contact GoDaddy again.

I deleted a TXT DNS record from the DNS management on Cloudflare for the domain. I hope that works.
It was a bit more complicated on GoDaddy compared to Squarespace.
You still need to disable DNSSEC at GoDaddy. TXT records have nothing to do with that.

Thanks. There is actually no way at GoDaddy to turn this off because .cc domains don’t support DNSSEC according to GoDaddy.
I have to escalate this to second level support to get this resolved.
Good thing I’m transferring out!
I think Cloudflare is the weak point here. I found another registry and transferred my domain over successfully in a few minutes.
Thanks for your assistance.
