Interoperability issue with Avast Business Security and Zero Trust WARP client

I’m having an issue where connectivity to IMAP over SSL connections fail when running Avast Business Security with Mail Shield enabled and connected via Zero Trust WARP client.

Avast performs SSL inspection for the IMAP connections. The connections fails due to an apparent SSL issue with this traffic over ZT. When not connected to ZT via the WARP client, there is no issue.

The Avast technical support has narrowed it down to an SSL issue/conflict with ZT.

Without a business plan I am unable to contact CF technical support directly. Do official CF technical personnel participate in community topics?

Do you have the Layer7 firewall enabled on ZT? If so, that’s probably what’s causing the issues.

Same issue even when disabled.
