Cannot add any domains nor see any subscriptions on my account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried everything

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

• try to add new domain free or paid and get the red “internal server error”
• go to account dashboard and doesn’t show any active subscriptions
  the error started happening when I was investigating the Wordpress APO and it asked me to upgrade even though I was already on a pro plan. since then I get the error on every account related action. I can still edit DNS settings and other settings for active domains, but besides for that account rendered useless

Did you tried again in the meantime?

Is your Cloudflare account verified and you’ve got billing information correctly added?
Any unpaid invoices or late payment?
Is APO still active on your domain?
