On the account selection page, I select an account and click continue. Then, I receive a red “Internal Server Error” pop-up at the bottom of the screen, and I can’t progress forward.

I have tried different browsers and different browser privacy modes. I have disabled my pop-up blocker. I have tried on my wifi network and my broadband via phone.
