I followed your support guide to pause and unpause Cloudflare. Namecheap told me to fix it on the Cloudflare end.

If the website doesn’t load when unpaused it isn’t a Cloudflare issue.

Thanks for the reply. Just gonna go back to Namecheap and ask… perhaps its something in the cPanel
