Internal server error 1000 when trying to buy a domain

I’m trying to purchase a domain using a credit card and keep getting this error 1000 internal server error - can anyone help me solve this please?

Hi @brinn360 I suspect this is related to the recent Billing incident and apologize for the issues.

Can you create a Billing ticket and share your ticket number here? You can open a Billing ticket here,

done thanks - have sent an email…it’s not the first time this has happened and I have tried three different cards already

As you have not replied on the ticket within 3 days, then the ticket was solved, so I believe you managed to solve the issue, or else you can open the ticket again, by replying to it.
