I have a domain setup in Cloudflare, say,
bar.com. I have multiple public facing records for
bar.com, A, CNAME, MX, and a wildcard resolver. All work.
I’ve added a number of new domains (e.g.
foo.bar.com) which point to an internal class C address (192.168.1.1) which aren’t resolving. There is no ‘cloud’ visible next to the listing, TTL is automatic and dnssec is disabled. Any ideas?

I use internal private IPs for some of my subdomains and they work. Just make sure the Name part in the DNS is list is only ‘foo’ and not ‘foo.bar.com’
Without knowing what the real hostname is, that’s all the help the community can offer. You’ll have to open up a support ticket to get them to look at it.
Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.
That one worked. If it’s not working for you, can you post the results of:
dig +short CHAOS TXT id.server @220.127.116.11
