Internal Loopback Issue

During a process or account merging (client lost access to cloudflare due to insolvency with IT service provider) it seems as though an internal loopback issue had been created.

We are getting 1000 errors, but the a records has been checked and confirmed as true.

We cant seem to proceed past this issue even though on screen instruction have been followed and a records updated/checked.
