I’ve now had the domain exposed for over 2 hours after making the required changes according to both Cloudflare & GoDaddy documentation; but in attempting to transfer a domain from GD, I am prompted with the following:

RESOLUTION: ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT INSTRUMENT
After reviewing and following the steps in the documentation and attempting to initiate the transfer of several domains to CLOUDFLARE, we were prompted with the above-mentioned error.
In attempting to troubleshoot the issue the following steps were taken without any result:
Eliminating possibly conflicting cached information using different Devices, Browsers, InPrivate & Incognito Private-Browsing modes
Allowing additional time for registry changes to propagate
Using different domains
Eemphasized textventually, it was suggested by Cloudflare Support (Carinne) that the issue was related specifically to the billing transaction and being reviewed by the billing department.
In our case, this suggestion was verified & resolved by using a different payment instrument to complete the transaction and initiate the transfer.
