Hi all,

I can not create new pool when enable load balancing. It returns error with message:
Internal error creating or modifying pool. Access Failed. Please reach out to Support.: validation failed (Code: 1002)

Any idea to fix this issue?

Hi @kennytat.app,

It looks like none of the accounts you’re a member of have a subscription to Load Balancing.

A Super Administrator will need to enable Load Balancing first, before you can use the feature: Enable Load Balancing · Cloudflare Load Balancing docs
