Internal error. (Code: 10000)

when i open workers i can see Internal error. (Code: 10000) ,how can i fix it?

I see it too (only the Internal error. (Code:10000)), but only when I click on the button “Manage Workers” while I am being navigated from “Workers” tab of some domain name using them.

Seems to be quite a few people getting this, gonna ping someone on the API team but probably worth an escalation too on here.
