Intermittent Access Denial for Users Accessing website

Hello Cloudflare Support,

I am reaching out to report and seek assistance for an ongoing issue affecting our company website e2ip.com, which is protected by Cloudflare. We have received multiple reports from both external users and our internal team members who are experiencing intermittent access issues. When attempting to access the website, they are presented with an error message stating, “Sorry, you have been blocked.”

The block page will show a Ray ID. You can look that up on your dashboard security events log here…

…which will show you why the request was blocked. You can then modify your WAF rules as required.

Can I obtain this information from the firewall event JSON file? Because I cannot trigger the message as I want.
