When interacting with the S3-compliant R2 API to complete a multipart upload we get intermitent errors

We haven’t been able to resolve it. It happens intermittently.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Nothing in particular. We have a backend service that’s interacting with that API regularly to complete multipart uploads, and from time to time it throws a 5xx error.
