Intercom seems to have moved their servers to cloudflare and suddenly my previously working NAME is no longer working

I tried to enable/disable the proxy but it did not make any difference

I recommend that you try to remove your domain and go through the process to connect it again.

If that doesn’t work, xou need to contact Intercom, as they need to make changes to their CF account.

I tried but no luck. In this case should the CNAME br proxied or not?
