We’ve been trying to get some Interac e-transfer emails to our [email protected] email, and they are not getting through. Interac says it’s on our end, and our web host says it’s a DNS issue. All other emails are getting through and no Interac emails are reaching our spam filter.
Can they be more specific? Cloudflare DNS publishes exactly what you ask it to. In the case of email, it sounds like you have it configured properly if all other emails are getting through.
