Appreciate your advice on instuctions/best practices how to delegate DNS domain to Cloudflare.

For example we interested to delegate test DNS domain from GoDaddy to Cloudflare

You have two basic choices, put Cloudflare’s name servers in GoDaddy (following the normal procedure shown when you add a site to Cloudflare) or a CNAME setup, available with the Business plan or above.
