In need of assistance installing DNS records for our company email account with HostMonster. When I contacted the support team at HostMonster, they said we needed to contact Cloudflare to have them install the DNS records for us (forgive us, we work in a vet hospital and this is new to me). They tried a test email and there was an error message that kicked back.
After this error message the woman from support sent us an email with the proper DNS report that needs to be installed. The report is as follows:

I have no idea how to fix this and I cannot find a contact number for anyone in support to be able to help us fix our email. Again we are a vet hospital and we are struggling.
