I am very new to Cloudflare. My domain is makemyutsav.com ,I have installed the origin CA to my nginx server using both .pem and .key using files created using Origin Server on Cloudflare. I have followed the documentation and also tried suggestion questions from community but still the same. I did’t found any diagnosis link. Even in incognito window also certificate not secure is displayed on browser.
This is the correct behaviour if your DNS entry is in DNS-only mode. The origin certificate will only work after you enable the Cloudflare proxy.
Can you check that the name in question is proxied

Thanks! It’s working now! But I think somewhere in Origin SSL section documentation it should be written that if it is not proxied the certificate error would show up.
Site visitors may see untrusted certificate errors if you pause or disable Cloudflare on subdomains that use Origin CA certificates. These certificates only encrypt traffic between Cloudflare and your origin server, not traffic from client browsers to your origin.
I think this is pretty clear. It is right at the bottom of the documentation at Origin CA certificates · Cloudflare SSL/TLS docs.
