Installed APO plugin but can't activate it

Yesterday I’ve installed the APO plugin on my wordpress site and then tested if I get the correct headers.
But here are the details:
CF-Cache-Status | DYNAMIC
cf-apo-via - missing
cf-edge-cache: cache,platform=wordpress
