When you tested your domain using the [Cloudflare Diagnostic Center], what were the results?
I got 3 errors :
- Check DS record configuration
- Check the HTTPS status
- Check the site for mixed content
I am not sure what details to put in DS record and how to check for mixed content.
Describe the issue you are having:
I am getting the mails from my personal Gmail account but not getting automated mails from Instagram into this email account.
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Yes, prior to adding the site to Cloudflare I had received an email from Instagram - [email protected]. I tried to trigger the same with password rest mail but I didn’t receive that as well. However I was able to receive it in my gmail account.
Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Yes I have tried the same from other browser and my mobile as well but the email with the 6 digit code doesn’t come into my mailbox at all.
