What is the issue you’re encountering
I have two different Cloudflare accounts. On one account, under Workers & Pages, I can see a “Common Workers” section. However, when I log into the other account (using the same URL), the interface is different and I cannot find the “Common Workers” templates at all. I would like to know how to locate or enable this feature on the second account.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
1.Logged out and back into both accounts.
2.Checked both accounts’ settings and plan details to confirm there are no differences.
3.Searched the documentation for any mention of “Common Workers” but couldn’t find a direct reference.
4.Attempted to see if there was any beta or experimental toggle that might need to be enabled.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Log in to the first Cloudflare account and navigate to Workers & Pages. The “Common Workers” section appears normally.
- Log in to the second Cloudflare account (same URL). The interface is different, and the “Common Workers” section is not visible.
I would appreciate any guidance on why these two accounts show different interfaces and how I can enable “Common Workers” on the second account. Thank you!
