I have registered an email domain through Cloudflare with the address [email protected]. However, I’ve noticed that emails sent from this address or received by others display my personal name, “Hieu Hoang Trung.” Is it possible to change the display name to reflect my business name as “Công ty thiết kế và thi công nhà trọn gói DeeHouse.vn”? If so, could you please guide me on how to make this change?
Cloudflare does not provide a service to SEND emails.
Cloudflare’s Email Routing which you’re using only RECEIVES emails for your domain and forwards them to an existing email address of yours.
So you can’t make this change from Cloudflare: you can only do it form the service provider you’re using to send emails.
I see your website uses WordPress, and I also see Brevo (formerly SendInBlue) in your domain’s DNS records. If you’re using Brevo’s official WordPress plugin or some 3rd-party SMTP plugin to send emails, you’ll need to change the “From” name/address in this plugin.
