What is the issue you’re encountering
The site is being blocked by our content filtering policy. Looking the site up on Cloudflare Radar it reports the category being Economy and Finance, which is accurate. We have Economy and Finance allowed in our policy but site is still blocked. When looking at the Gateway logs I can see it being blocked by our policy. the “initial query domain categories” correctly lists the site as Economy and Finance but the “Matched Categories” is showing as “Security risks, Parked and for sale domains” - It is for this reason the site is being blocked but am unsure how to go about fixing it outside of a white/allow listing for the site in the policy. The site isn’t parked and is just a normal site, albeit is HTTP and not HTTPS.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Attempted to report a misclassification but it is being classified properly and attempts to reclassify it states the reclassification is the same as the detected classification and will not allow me to proceed.
I could allowlist the site in our content filtering policy but was trying to avoid doing that, would rather try to determine why the initial query domain category and matched category report two different findings.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Browsing to the site with our WARP client connected and/or within our internal network using Cloudflare DNS servers
