PROBLEM: First, please note I am an end-user, not a customer, but am having a problem often reported on the web, and in several topics here. I apologize for intruding in your Community.
I am very frequently caught in an endless loop of “verify that you are human” when trying to access MANY websites.
What is the domain name?
Among others, this one! Opera GX could not access this community, though on about the fourth try, Chrome did.

infinite loop as above
What error message or number are you receiving?
Different RayIDs, but two examples are “7c28a31cbe1c9c82” and “7c28a4d299a305e6”
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Searches as above
Clearing browser caches
Attempted with VPNs both on and off
Using four different browsers
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
NA
What are the steps to reproduce the error:
Attempt to access any site protected by hCaptcha or “human verification”
Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Yes
Please attach a screenshot of the error:
No error message - simply a return to starting point, whether “please verify that you are human” or hCaptcha
