Indian debit card manual payment not working suddenly

Hello,

Ive been using a company debit card issued in India successfully since last year for manual payment on the dashboard without any issue. However today I’m suddenly facing an issue making a payment:

Contact your bank for assistance. An error occurred while collecting payment. (Code 1211)

Ticket ID is 2764608.
