The initial server response time takes forever to load on mobile and web!

Domain is not loading at all (and when it isn’t down it take 15 seconds to load the webpage!)
What error message or number are you receiving?
301 (from what I can tell)
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- Looked at numerous forums on the site
- Googled multiple times
- Tried chatting with a few IT colleagues of mine who don’t know what to do

- Try load the domain and it takes FOREVER
