What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hello,

We have encountered a significant increase in the number of 408 Request Timeout errors from Russia to our system since December 21, 2024. In comparison, the occurrence of this error from other countries is minimal.

Could you please check the network connection between Russia and Cloudflare?

408 Request Timeout

HTTP 408 is not a response code that Cloudflare will generate. Meaning, your origin is returning that code to Cloudflare

Wonder if the is limiting the connections or blocking them?

Have you tried using a VPN or some other way to test things out ?

Did you checked your access and error log files on the origin host for any clue or idea?
