Incorrect subscription type/period after 11 Jul 2024 (details as below)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Before 11 Jul 2024, we had 2 subscriptions as below:
(1) ec-reach.com.hk (monthly) to be renewed every 3rd day of each month
(2) hkecic-eclink.com (yearly) with end date on 13 Jun 2025
But after we acquired an additional subscription for “hkecic.com” (yearly) on 11 Jul 2024, the portal suddenly become abnormal as below:
(1) This subcription suddenly changed from monthly to yearly with an end date on 13 Jun 2025
(2) This subcription has no problem
(3) This new subcription namely hkecic.com (yearly) shows an end date of 13 Jun 2025 (instead of 11 Jul 2025 - the transaction date)

Besides, no invoice has been shown for the transaction on 11 Jul 2024 up to this moment. We are worried that a double charge was occurred based on the above abnormality.
