What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

i am being charged for over 4 month an incorrect amount of $25 for pro plan which was activated for test and then deactivated and removed the domian.

But until now, I have been charged every month, I opened two tickets and always getting closed and no response, and this month (last week) the plan was charged again from my paypal account.

Please fix the issue ASAP and refund the incorrect charged.

I have received email from Christine, Senior Billing Specialist on the Cloudflare Support Team. with

Cloudflare only issues refunds in very specific situations, such as fault in service. As this is not the case, we will not be able to attend your request

How can you find this not the case and this issue is 100% service fault and I am sure you have moved to a new billing system which lead to all these errors. your old invoiced was CFUSAxxxx and now is IN-xxxxx

  • The pro plan was purchased INVOICE# CFUSA931674, I paid
    • Cloudflare Pro Plan 1 $0.00 $10.3403/07/2024 - 03/18/2024
    • Argo Zone Level Plan - Basic 1 $0.00 $2.0703/07/2024
    • Advanced Certificate Manager 1 $0.00 $4.14

which was not used since the domain was not moved to cloudflare yet.

  • The plan for the domain was activated a PRO plan on Wednesday, 13 March 2024 at 11:16 (Invoice number IN-563867, Date of issue March 19, 2024, Date due March 20, 2024)

  • I cancelled the PRO plan after 12 days because it didn’t met the requirement i am seeking forf, Monday, 25 March 2024 at 11:26 and this is the confirmation email

based on this I SHOULD NOT have been charged for the pro plan again (since cancellation is done, and will be active till 19. of April, 2024)

I received the email 4 times (two times for cancellation, + argo cancellation, + advanced certificate manager)

  • One April 20th, 2024 I received a new invoice (IN-1461037), Date of issue April 19, 2024, Date
    due April 20, 2024 which has INCORRECT charge

  • same on May 20th, Invoice number IN-2477904, Date of issue May 19, 2024, Date due May 20, 2024
  • same on June 20th, Invoice number IN-3830854, Date of issue June 19, 2024, Date due June 20, 2024
  • same on July 20th, Invoice number IN-5403673, Date of issue July 19, 2024, Date due July 20, 2024

this is 4 times incorrect charged and I believe this is 100% ( fault in service) as your colleague Christine NOT seeing it the case.

Dears @cloonan , @zakri I appreciate escalating the issue and refunding the “service fault” charges and making sure this is will be actually cancelled in the future and I will not be charged on the 19th of August again.
