Can’t add domain DNS entries without SSL error
completely removed domain and readded several attempts… removed universal SSL and now I get that error trying to turn it back on
every time I click to enable universal ssl

The site shows as deleted from the account you are using here. You need to re-add it, change the nameservers at the registrar and then update dns records as needed.

I already tried that and it did not work.
I have two accounts for some reason, with the same email address.
The domain was in both of them, so I delete it out of both of them, and readded in the account that has my other domains that are working fine.
I have no universal certificates issued for the domain.
I’ve tried over and over to delete, readd, tried from the other account, etc… nothing works.

Also, I see both accounts under the same login. I can click on either and access either, but only one has my working domains.

Also, for more information, I was able to select a different domain and reenable universal SSL.
I had no idea that when I turned it off for one domain that it turned it off for all domains.
Even after re-enabling it from the other domain, I still have no certs in this domain.

That’s what I’m looking at with no universal certs and I cannot continue with DNS because it would break my site if I do.
