What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve been trying to contact CF sales several times now but no one seems to care. Before this overcharge, there were several others that took months to recover. And for this payment, even no one from CF bothers to fix a problem that is their fault and harms us.

We no longer have the strength to fight CF. They are just a carefree monopolist

May I ask if you were on a paid plan and now are downgraded to free or?

Otherwise, you see Managed Rules as a trigger under Security Events, but cannot manage them?

my colleagues in Support have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please open another ticket if that is not the case.
