Incorrect email settings?

Sorry, Just learning about email DNS managment.
1.) Under DNS Management I have “A” record, “CNAME” Record, “MX” Record, and “TXT” records.
2.) Where do I find the correct entries for these records?
3.) Our company is having email issues.
4.) Customers are emailing us and the email is bounced back, and some emails are being delayed by hours.
5.) I would like to verify and validate the entries.
Thanks everyone

The entries that you are going to want to set there will be given to you by your email provider.

OK. Thanks. I’ll go to them for assistance.

May I ask have you recently changed your domain nameservers to Cloudflare?

In terms of a possible way of missing an A/MX/TXT/CNAME record in the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard, you could edit it or add a new one using below steps:

Thank you leader fritex. I’ve been working with Bluehost and getting all the correct settings from them, deleting all the cloudflare entries, and entering the correct records just in case. I wanted to make sure that everything is correct and working properly - all does seem to work great. I’m still going to utilize your links and study them for future reference.
Thanks again.
