Incorrect email in Domain record following transfer


I have just migrated a couple of domains into Cloudflare registrar, however once they were in I noticed that the Registrant Contact email address is actually for an older version of the domain name that is no longer used and long since lapsed. To change this it emails both the new address and the existing one for confirmation. The new one has completed approval but we cannot access the email for the old domain. So how do we get this sorted? Nominet UK have advised that Cloudflare should be able to help with this.
